Yes—public sessions: one free reschedule with ≥72h notice (subject to availability). <72h and no-shows are non-refundable. Private/Corporate: ≥7 days free; <7 days 50%; <72h 100%.

What payment methods do you accept?

We send a secure GHL payment link. Major cards supported; Apple Pay/Google Pay may appear depending on your device. Invoices/bank transfer on request.

What’s your cancellation/refund policy?

If we cancel and can’t offer a reasonable alternative date, you can choose a full refund or credit. If you cancel, follow the reschedule windows above (public: ≥72h; private: ≥7 days). Outside those windows, fees are non-refundable.

How long is the Experience and what’s included?

Essential (3h): guided walk & camera coaching, 36-exp B/W film supplied, developing, digital scans + contact sheet by email, and one print included (extra prints available). Premium (4h): everything in Essential plus a fine-art print and private gallery visit.

How many participants are in each group?

Typically 4–6 guests for focused guidance and more camera time.

Do I need prior photography/analogue experience?

No—beginners welcome. We teach exposure, focusing and composition step by step.

Who supplies the film and how many exposures are included?

We supply one 36-exposure roll per participant (stock may vary by date/availability). Factory defects aren’t covered by the Provider; if a roll is damaged by a participant, we can provide a replacement at studio price via secure link (payable within 7 days).

When will I receive my digital scans?

Typically within 3–5 business days. Premium prints follow once scans are approved.
